The 2008 Lombardi Food & Wine Experience will be held on Friday and Saturday, November 14-15. Please plan on joining us for two days of food and wine tasting.

The Food & Wine Tasting Gala on Friday, November 14, 2008, will provide guests with the opportunity to enjoy tastings and samplings from approximately 35 vineyards, many with winemakers or owners in attendance. The evening will also feature cuisine from 20 or more regional restaurants. The Food & Wine Tasting Gala will be the perfect opportunity to visit with chefs, winemakers and owners, cheese makers and other personalities while enjoying a spectacular European market display of fine cheeses, olive oils, breads and vegetables. The Gala will also feature an exclusive auction with autographed large format wine bottles, vacation getaways and other food and wine specialty items.

Back for a second year, wine connoisseur's will have the opportunity to sample premium tastings from vintners and private collections in the Connoisseur's Room. Admission to the Connoisseur's Room is limited and includes access to the Food & Wine Tasting Gala.

The fun will continue on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at the Celebrity Chef & Wine Dinner. Guests will experience a multi-course gourmet dinner prepared by a distinguished chef and matching wines presented by well-known winemakers and winery owners. The memorable evening concludes with a Late Hours Cafe, featuring decadent desserts and martinis at the beautiful University Club of Milwaukee.

$175 per person. The Connoisseur's Room ticket also grants you admission to the Food & Wine Tasting Gala.

Saturday, November 15, 2008 - Celebrity Chef & Wine Dinner
University Club of Milwaukee
6:30 - 10 p.m.
$225 per person.
Tables of eight (8) are available for $2,000. Table reservations also include two (2) tickets to the Food & Wine Tasting Gala on Friday evening.
